Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell company products and services to customers in assigned territories.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance product awareness and customer loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential challenges.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, updating management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in GPS tracking, telematics, or technology-based solutions.Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.Skills Required
