We are looking for a Circle HR Manager for our locations in Delhi NCR, Surat & Andhra Pradesh
Candidates with hands-on experience of 10-15 years handling the entire gamut of HR operations which includes Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Grievances, Statutory Compliances, Employee Welfare etc.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback, manage payroll and benefits for employees.
- Responsible for managing all the aspects of HR Functions i.e. Hiring, Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Payroll management of respective region.
- Responsible for handling approx. 12 – 15 stores' HR operations, including Circle Office.
- Responsible for effective Training and development and Employee engagement Programme across the stores.
- Responsible to ensure timely execution of various HR Policies and Programs.
- Must have sound knowledge of HR policies and should be fully well versed in all statutory laws and regulations.
- Responsible to maintain timely basis HR records & Reports
- SPOC from the regional team to Coordinate with Store & Head Office
- Responsible to handle a team of Store HR, Area HR & Regional Recruiters.
