About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in operations, coupled with a mandatory MBA qualification.

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our daily business operations, from process optimization to team management and strategic planning.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing our operational systems, managing a high-performing team, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

Process Management & Improvement :

• Analyze existing operational procedures, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
• Utilize lean management principles and other process optimization techniques to streamline workflows and minimize waste.
