Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include developing office admin responsibilities, HR policies, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Along with this, you will also work very closely with the founders as an EA to them, helping them manage calendars and meetings and contributing to strategic growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
  • Understanding of HR Compliance, Labor Laws, and Employment Regulations
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in the marketing or digital industry is a plus
