Job Title : US IT Recruiter – Night Shift
Location : Bhubaneswar
Experience : Fresher / Experienced
Work Mode : Onsite
Contract : 6 Month
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing screening interviewing closing).
- Source candidates via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and offers with candidates.
- Coordinate with US clients and account managers to understand hiring needs.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team targets.
