🕓 Shift : Must have overlap with US time zone (Evening / Night shift IST)

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Technical IT Recruiter to support both US and India hiring . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in end-to-end IT recruitment , excellent communication skills, and prior experience working with US-based clients .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT and technical roles (India & USA).
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Work closely with US clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update the ATS regularly.
