As featured on Shark Tank India - Season 4, Episode 5, we are in a hyper-growth phase and need a strong, ethical, and diligent Finance Manager to drive financial planning, compliance, cost optimization, and fundraising strategy.

This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear path to becoming CFO.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

1- Financial Planning & Strategy :

• Develop a 12-month financial roadmap to scale revenue 10x across channels.
• Drive P&L ownership and optimize gross margins, cash flow, and working capital.
• Prepare financial models & fundraising strategies for investor readiness.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Work closely with founders & department heads to align financial strategies with business goals.

2- Accounting, Compliance & Controls :

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

Who Should Apply?

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-10 years of experience in an Omnichannel FMCG Startup.

Proven expertise in financial planning, fundraising, and compliance management.

Strong understanding of D2C, Retail, Quick Commerce, and Marketplace Finance.

Hands-on experience in creating & managing MIS reports, Cash Flows, AOP & Financial Projections.

Ability to analyze financial data & provide actionable insights.

Strong expertise in ERP systems, accounting tools, and financial modeling.

Ambitious & driven finance professional aiming to become a CFO.
