Human Resources - Trainee

We are looking for an HR Intern who can work with the admin team to support recruitment needs, office management, and people / culture projects.

Please note : This is a full-time unpaid academic internship for individuals needing internship / work experience requiring 5 days presence onsite.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Support recruiting by scheduling interviews, posting and updating jobs, initiating onboarding activities
• Screen, Review and Analyze resumes
• Source job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
• Interview potential candidates by getting preliminary information from candidates
• Handling end-to-end recruitment
• Assist with device management
• Assist with the documentation process
• Assist with the Payroll and Attendance management
