Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate for a retail outlet located in Benaulim South Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service maintaining store standards supporting sales targets and managing inventory.

Job Responsibility :

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers by understanding their requirements.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Ensure product display and cleanliness of the retail space.
• Assist in processing sales transactions billing and basic cash handling.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; coordinate stock replenishment.
• Support in receiving tagging and arranging stock on shelves.
• Execute in-store promotions and marketing initiatives as guided.
• Maintain daily records of sales customer feedback and inventory.
• Follow all operational procedures and company guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with the store manager and team.
