Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Services Associate based in Candolim. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with guests. They will also handle day-to-day guest interactions, address concerns promptly, and maintain a high standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service
• Experience in managing Reservations and related administrative tasks
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and solve problems efficiently
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, guest-focused environment
• Helping upcoming guests with Rental and activities in goa Eg. Car / bike rentals and watersports
• someone who has good grip sales to sell add on services
