Job Summary
We are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager who can own the end-to-end marketing function — from brand strategy to campaign execution. This role goes beyond traditional content creation; it requires a strategic thinker who can drive demand generation, brand visibility, and measurable growth across channels.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B marketing , strong command over content and digital channels, and the ability to plan and execute campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and conversions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning : Define and strengthen BigCity’s brand in the B2B ecosystem with consistent and impactful messaging.
- Demand & Lead Generation : Plan and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and nurture them through full-funnel strategies.
- Marketing Automation : Manage and optimize workflows using HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or equivalent tools for email marketing and lead nurturing.
- Content Marketing : Develop blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and sales materials that support lead generation and customer engagement.
- SEO & Website Growth : Drive organic website traffic, optimize search rankings, and ensure the website acts as a growth engine.
- Performance Marketing / Paid Media : Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social platforms to boost awareness and conversions.
- PR & Brand Visibility : Build relationships with media, drive PR initiatives, and establish BigCity as a thought leader in the marketing industry.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution : Design and implement GTM strategies for new campaigns, partnerships, and service offerings.
- Events & Campaign Management : Strategize, plan, and execute events, webinars, and advertising campaigns to create measurable brand impact.
- Social Media Growth : Lead content and campaigns on LinkedIn (and other relevant channels) to build thought leadership and industry presence.
Required Skills
4–6 years of B2B marketing experience with expertise in demand generation, content, SEO, and campaign execution.Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, MailChimp, Salesforce, etc.).Strong skills in SEO, content strategy, and digital campaign management .Familiarity with performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).Experience in event planning, PR, and brand visibility initiatives .Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills .Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across teams.A creative, analytical, and proactive mindset with attention to detail.
