We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Group Lead to manage and deliver end user-facing IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology rollouts, migrations, and service improvement initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and high user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of end user technology projects (e.g., hardware refresh, software upgrades, OS migrations, collaboration tool rollouts).
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT support, infrastructure, vendors, and business units.
- Ensure end users are effectively prepared and supported through communication, training, and change management.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor user feedback and support post-deployment to ensure smooth adoption and resolution of any issues.
- Maintain documentation, including project plans, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Experience in a multi-location environment.
- Ability to lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate training sessions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering seamless user experiences.
