Senior Manager - Programs

Job description8–10 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years in public health / digital health program management. Master’s degree in public health, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or Business Administration Experience with maternal and newborn health programs and / or digital health initiatives is desirable.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Digital Health Centre initiatives in collaboration with partners.
- Oversee the execution of digital health roadmap, including solution benchmarking, and training programs.
- Build and maintain partnerships with digital health solution providers, government agencies, academic institutions, and healthcare organizations.
- Coordinate implementation of pilot projects to demonstrate adoption and impact of digital health tools in OB-GYN practice.
- Develop and roll out capacity-building programs for practitioners
- Monitor progress and adoption metrics, analyze outcomes, and prepare reports
