You must have experience building high-quality, complex, yet maintainable LLM apps and agents, and you should be able to do so in a fraction of the time that most competent people think is possible (in part because of your ability to wield the latest in code generation and intuition for prompt engineering). You must have a strong ability to collaborate with customers directly to build solutions tailored to their business needs.
