The Role
We're looking for a Co-Founder / Sales Leader who can own the go-to-market strategy, enterprise relationships, and revenue engine .
This is not a 'job' — it's an ownership role . You'll shape the business model, build partnerships, and lead sales execution from day one.Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the B2B sales strategy across mid- to large-enterprise clients.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline — from outreach to closure.Establish strategic relationships with CMOs, brand heads, and marketing leaders .Identify and drive partnerships, alliances, and pilot programs with agencies, marketing tech, and compliance partners.Collaborate closely with product & tech teams to shape the go-to-market roadmap .Build a small, high-performing sales team over time as we scale.Ideal Profile
5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales (preferably to marketing, brand, or compliance functions).Strong network with CMOs, marketing heads, and agencies .Proven ability to close large B2B deals and build relationships at CXO level.Hustler with a 'Day 1' mindset — can build from scratch, wear multiple hats, and thrive in ambiguity.Experience in a startup / early-stage environment is a plus.You're a builder first, seller always — someone who leads with value, not volume.Compensation
