Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the CEO to define and execute the company's strategic vision and growth roadmap
- Lead sales, marketing, and business development efforts to drive revenue and market expansion
- Analyse markets, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships, collaborations, and stakeholder relationships
- Drive brand positioning and awareness through innovative marketing and performance strategies
- Ensure data-driven decision-making by monitoring KPIs, market analytics, and business performance
- Anticipate risks and develop strategies to navigate market uncertainties and disruptions
- Represent the company in industry forums, events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric growth within the organisation
Requirements :
4+ years of proven experience in business leadership, sales, or growth strategyStrong expertise in sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue generationAbility to analyse markets and create effective go-to-market strategiesEntrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsPrior startup / early-stage experience preferredWillingness to invest & grow with the companySkills Required
