Senior Software Engineer - Data Platform

Job Description :

A demanding role within AD&M Group that involves development and maintenance of projects in Postgres DB / Java related technologies.

This role offers opportunities to undertake project work under the supervision of Project Manager.

Qualification :

• Proven experience as a Data Warehouse Developer.
• Proficiency in SAS, Oracle-DB and LINUX.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL-DB processes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
• Experience with ETL-tool of DI-Studio and corresponding processes.
• Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, data warehouse architecture and data modelling.
• Strong experience in creating and maintaining Azure Synapse Pipeline processes.
• Experience with source code administration and deployment-process via GitHub / Jenkins.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Ability to manage projects / requests simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong self-employment and the will of getting things done to the end.
• Having a basic understanding or exposure to AI tools would be a plus.
