Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate employee onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Manage payroll processing using industry-standard software.
- Maintain accurate records of labor law compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Administer benefits programs and provide timely support to employees.
- Analyze data to generate insights and inform business decisions.
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a senior role.Expertise in labor laws, payroll administration and benefits management.Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
