Global HR Technology Analyst (Workday Focus)

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Time and Absence Configurator with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our global HR technology team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. This role requires strong functional expertise , analytical thinking , and the ability to collaborate across regions and teams . The candidate should be willing to work a few hours overlapping with the Eastern time zone .

Responsibilities :

• Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules as per business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional configurations using Workday’s framework and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end time and absence processing .
• Support system upgrades, releases , and conduct unit, regression, and user acceptance testing .
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and handle enhancement requests.
• Create and maintain configuration documentation , process maps , and training materials .
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and time-off policies for India, the Philippines, and other supported geographies .
• Provide user support and training to HR administrators and end users.
• Partner with the Workday support team for incident resolution and system optimization initiatives.

Stay updated with Workday releases and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and user experience .
