Roles & Responsibilities :

• Proposal & Bid Management : Lead end-to-end proposal lifecycle (RFI, RFP, RFQ, RFx) including proposal strategy, solution alignment, and timely submission for healthcare domain opportunities.
• Business Development : Partner with sales and account teams to identify new business opportunities, support deal shaping, and drive client engagement strategies.
• Marketing & Collateral : Create and manage impactful marketing collateral such as case studies, sales decks, brochures, and capability documents tailored to healthcare clients.
• Market Intelligence : Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and healthcare industry updates to build winning value propositions.
• Client Engagement : Participate in client presentations, pursuit discussions, and workshops to articulate value, differentiation, and solution fit.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and guide junior presales, marketing, and proposal team members; establish best practices for bid, collateral, and pursuit management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with delivery, solution architects, pricing, and leadership to ensure alignment on proposals and go-to-market strategies.
• Performance Tracking : Maintain pipeline dashboards, win / loss analysis, and continuously improve proposal and marketing processes.
