We are looking for a Manager – Performance Marketing to join our dynamic team and drive

measurable business growth. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-

on execution across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram),Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and other eCommerce ad platforms.
  • Drive growth and strategy for digital presence across online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data to achieve KPI goals (ROAS, CTR, CAC, LTV), making real-time optimizations.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets tailored to audience segments.
  • Conduct A / B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Manage and track budgets with efficiency, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and eCommerce platforms expertise required).
  • Strong knowledge of digital metrics, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Marketing Console), and attribution models.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale ad budgets and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience in driving growth strategies for online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in A / B testing, segmentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Passion for plant-based nutrition, wellness, or sustainability is a strong plus.
