We are seeking a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist / Instructor to join our growing team. This role blends hands-on marketing expertise with teaching excellence , where you'll manage real-world marketing projects and mentor aspiring digital marketers.

Key Responsibilities : Marketing, Social Media & Business Development :

• Develop and implement result-oriented digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to enhance Skillopt Academy's and other internal brands visibility and student enrollment.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) ensuring measurable outcomes and ROI.
• Create and manage social media marketing campaigns — building engaging content, maintaining brand consistency, and growing our online presence.
• Conduct SEO, content marketing, and email marketing activities to boost organic traffic and lead generation.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, and audience insights.
• Drive business development initiatives through digital outreach, partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Actively contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, webinars, and promotional events to attract students and build brand credibility.
