Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Identify and attract top talent across various functions and levels using multiple channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement :
Develop creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to shortlist the most suitable candidates.Job Portals & Recruitment Tools :
Utilize job portals, ATS systems, and recruitment software to manage job postings, applications, and candidate tracking.Keep updated with the latest recruitment technologies and trends to improve sourcing efficiency.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :
Work closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and provide market insights.Coordinate with team members to meet recruitment targets and deadlines effectively.Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.Consultancy / Staffing Experience (Optional but Advantageous) :
Prior experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing firms is a plus.Ability to handle multiple client accounts and diverse hiring requirements in fast-paced environments.Skills Required
