Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. USA IT Recruiter with extensive experience in sourcing, screening and hiring top technical talent for the US market. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and leverage your deep understanding of the IT domain to bring in high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels - job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and direct outreach to identify top talent.
- Screen candidates through resume review and phone / video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process for selected candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices to improve team performance.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.Proven track record working with Implementation Partners, Direct clients and Tier 1 VendorsStrong expertise in both contract and full-time hiring .Excellent understanding of technical skill sets such as Java, .NET, Data Science, DevOps, Cloud, Machine Learning, and Software Development.Proficient with ATS systems and recruitment tools.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Benefits : Attractive Salary + Incentives + Bonus
