We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Representative to provide essential support to our sales team and customers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and skilled in managing various tasks, from handling customer inquiries and processing orders to assisting with the bid process and resolving complaints. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Support : Assist the sales team by completing quote requests via phone, email, and voicemail. You will also support the bid process by researching and preparing bid documents.
- Order & Data Management : Enter customer orders into the ERP system and maintain up-to-date sales opportunities in Salesforce .
- Customer Communication : Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, shipping, product availability , and stock information.
- Problem Resolution : Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Lead Qualification : Qualify sales leads to help streamline the sales process.
