We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Steward to join our team in Hyderabad. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) Systems (Mandatory skill) to facilitate seamless billing processes and customer transactions.
- Expertise in beverage handling (Mandatory skill), ensuring the correct preparation and serving of drinks in a timely manner.
- Understanding of table setting techniques (Mandatory skill) to enhance the dining environment and presentation.
- Food Safety Certification to uphold hygiene standards and practices in food handling and serving.
- Strong customer service skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere and attend promptly to customer needs and inquiries.
- Experience in inventory management to monitor and manage stock levels effectively, minimizing waste.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations and achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage a busy workload during peak dining hours.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in setting up dining areas and ensure all necessary preparations are made for service.Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.Ensure accurate ordering and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guests.Provide support in managing restaurant supplies, ensuring adequate stock is maintained at all times.Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service operations.Address customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.Assist in cleaning and resetting tables promptly, ensuring readiness for subsequent guests.Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
