Job Title : Associate Director - Delivery

Job Summary :

The Associate Director - Delivery is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery process for projects and services within the organization. This role ensures that projects are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards. The Associate Director will work closely with senior leadership to develop delivery strategies manage teams and drive successful outcomes across various delivery functions. This position requires strong leadership skills exceptional project management abilities and a keen focus on client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Delivery Strategy & Leadership :

Develop and implement delivery strategies that align with organizational goals and client expectations.

Oversee the full delivery lifecycle including planning execution monitoring and closure of projects.

Lead mentor and manage a team of delivery managers project managers and other delivery staff.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes driving continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.

Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management on project delivery progress challenges and successes.

Oversee project budgets ensuring that delivery remains cost-effective while meeting client needs.

Collaborate closely with other departments (Sales Marketing Product etc.) to ensure alignment between client requirements delivery timelines and company objectives.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelors degree or Masters degree or relevant certifications (PMP Agile etc.) is a plus.

18 to 20 years of experience in delivery management project management or operations in US healthcare RCM (Medical coding - CDI ) with at least 3 years in a leadership role and 10 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership team management and mentorship capabilities.

Client-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
