Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an OpenText Info Archive Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for the implementation and support of OpenText Info Archive solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, and maintenance. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing business needs, developing and maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering training and support to end-users.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OpenText Info Archive, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, and implementation methodologies
• Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design
• Technical skills in configuration, integration, and maintenance of ECM systems
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage remote engagements
• Experience with other ECM solutions like Documentum, Filenet, Sharepoint, Alfresco is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
