Job descriptionBachelors degree or equivalent formal academic / vocational qualification. 0 to 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education training and experience. General understanding of server administration and architecture (Windows Server Linux). Ability to interact with relational databases (primarily Oracle some SQL Server). Basic support knowledge of desktop operating systems and efficiency applications (MS Office MS Project MS Visio). Ability to diagnose problems and coordinate the implementation of solutions. Self-motivated with the initiative to see issue resolution through to completion. Positive attitude with a dedication to high-quality work. Strong interpersonal skills with a business-focused approach. Office and laboratory environments with exposure to electrical office equipment. Travel up to 60-80% of the time for Labs-based staff. Exposure to biological fluids and the requirement to use personal protective equipment.

- Complete change requests and qualifications.
- Liaise with internal groups and vendors to determine and implement solutions.
