Job descriptionProvide implementation, operational, and maintenance analysis and support for enterprise applications. Apply proven expertise to solve problems during normal application operations. Operate independently to take necessary actions to ensure systems performance. Maintain a stable systems environment with minimal downtime and maximum performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new solutions. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in application administration. Proven ability to operate independently and determine appropriate actions for system sustainability. Outstanding problem-solving skills and a track record of flawless execution. Strong understanding of enterprise applications and their operational requirements. Ability to work in a strictly regulated environment and adhere to compliance standards.
