Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for the position of Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations, assist in maintaining HR systems, handle benefits administration, provide coordination for employee training programs, and support HR management in policy implementation. This role involves working closely with multiple teams to ensure efficient HR processes.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related technologies
• Skills in Benefits Administration and employee support processes
• Experience in coordinating and implementing employee Training programs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
