Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure achievement of loan disbursement targets while maintaining minimum delinquency
- Identify Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) and disburse loans tailored to target customers and geographies
- Enable business growth by developing and managing teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach
- Assess potential client base , product acceptability , and opportunities for geographic expansion
- Manage disbursement, repayment, and delinquency ; achieve daily / weekly collections targets
- Closely follow up on disbursed loans, particularly those delinquent or non-performing
- Conduct regular field visits , attend Centre Meetings , and interact with loan applicants
- Maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, nonstarters, delinquencies, and potential frauds
- Build strong relationships with clients internally and externally, enhancing brand visibility and customer trust
- Ensure daily / weekly meetings and centre visits are conducted as planned
Candidate Profile :
Fresher to maximum X years of experience (as a Sales Officer in Microfinance business)Basic understanding of Microfinance business and JLG model operations is preferredKey Skills :
