Senior Technical Lead- SAP Success Factor

Experience : 10 to 18 yrs

Location : Chennai / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules across global HR landscapes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Provide expert guidance on best practices, system optimization, and process improvements.
Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR / ERP systems.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support post-implementation.
Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards.

Required Expertise in Modules :

Employee Central (EC) – Core HR, Position Management, Workflows

Recruiting & Onboarding – Talent acquisition and new hire processes

Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) – Goal setting, performance reviews

Learning Management System (LMS) – Training and development programs

Compensation Management – Salary planning, bonus cycles

Succession & Development – Career planning, talent pools

Workforce Analytics & Reporting – Dashboards, insights, and KPIs

Time Tracking (if applicable) – Attendance and leave management
