Key Responsibilities :
1. Customer Interaction :
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the experience store.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored furniture solutions.
- Deliver walkthroughs of the store and share project portfolios to showcase our expertise.
2. Lead Management :
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, real estate brokers, and references.Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details and progress.3. Sales Process Execution :
Explain the design process, pricing, and customization options to customers.Share tentative BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and manage customer expectations.Collect rendering charges and facilitate customer site visits with the design team.4. Target Achievement :
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.Drive footfall to the store through proactive outreach and follow-ups.5. Coordination :
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless customer service.Assist with order processing, approvals, and follow-ups during the production phase.6. Ground Sales Activities :
Distribute marketing materials and interact with potential customers in high-rise societies.Assist in organizing canopy setups, pamphlet distribution, and meetings with society management for branding opportunities.
