Accountabilities

As a Senior Consultant UI / UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces for AR / VR / MR applications, focusing on spatial interactions and user comfort. You will create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for immersive environments. Your role will involve developing 3D UI elements, gesture-based interactions, and spatial layouts optimized for head-mounted devices. Collaborating closely with product owners, 3D artists, developers, and solution architects will be key to ensuring design feasibility and consistency.

Essential Skills / Experience

• Design & Experience Creation
• Design intuitive UI / UX for AR / VR / MR applications with a solid focus on spatial interactions and user comfort.
• Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for immersive environments.
• Develop 3D UI elements, gesture-based interactions, and spatial layouts optimized for head-mounted devices.
• Work closely with product owners, 3D artists, developers, and solution architects to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• User Research & Testing
• Conduct user studies, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations tailored to immersive environments.
• Analyse user behaviour to refine and iterate on interaction models and UI elements.
• Apply principles of comfort, ergonomics, field of view, depth cues, and accessibility in immersive spaces.
• Collaboration & Delivery
• Translate business requirements into clear design specifications and interaction guidelines.
• Work with engineering teams (Unity / Unreal / WebXR developers) to ensure smooth design implementation.
• Maintain design libraries, documentation, and immersive UI standards for scalability.
