Lead UI UX Designer - Prototyping Tools

Description :

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven UI / UX design experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or senior design role.
• Strong command of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility (WCAG / ADA / EAA).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or equivalent.
• Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design across web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Solid understanding of visual design systems, typography, colour theory, iconography, and motion / animation design.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements and user insights into scalable design strategies.
• Familiarity with design thinking, design sprints, and agile methodologies.
• Experience leading design teams, mentoring junior designers, and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and communicating design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in building and maintaining a design system or component library for large-scale products.
• Working knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Familiarity with design-to-dev handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Inspect, Storybook).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in design solutions.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced agile environments.
