Key Responsibilities :
- International Client Acquisition : Identify, connect, and convert B2B buyers, distributors, and private label partners across targeted geographies (USA, EU, AUS, UAE, etc.).
- Market Expansion : Execute NaturTrusts go-to-market strategy in new and existing export markets with a sharp focus on revenue generation.
- Trade Show Engagement : Represent NaturTrust at international expos (e.g., Global Pet Expo, Ambiente, etc.), manage lead capture, and drive post-show conversions.
- Sales Cycle Management : Manage the entire sales funnelfrom lead generation and technical discussion to quotation, sample approval, negotiation, and final deal closure.
- Certification & Compliance Support : Coordinate with the internal regulatory team to ensure certification alignment (TV Austria, BPI, DIN CERTCO, ABA, etc.) as per buyer country norms.
- CRM & Reporting : Maintain up-to-date records of leads, deals, communications, and forecasts using Zoho CRM or equivalent platforms.
- Freight & Documentation Coordination : Liaise with the logistics and documentation team for timely execution of export orders and smooth dispatch.
- Revenue & Collection Tracking : Drive monthly revenue targets and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
610 years of international B2B sales experience, preferably in sustainable packaging, FMCG, or related industriesStrong understanding of export procedures, documentation, Incoterms, and freight coordinationAbility to build rapport with international buyers and manage long-term relationshipsProficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)Excellent spoken and written English; other language proficiency is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, or equivalentPreferred Experience :
Prior experience in exporting to USA, EU, Australia, or the Middle EastUnderstanding of certifications and sustainability expectations in export marketsExposure to product categories like pet poop bags, retail packaging, or private label bagsSkills Required
