Shift Time : 6 : 30 PM - 3 : 30 AM IST (US Shift) - (M-F)

Compensation - INR 3.21 LPA + Incentive

Location : WINWAY WORLD OFFICES, Vijay Nagar, Indore, M.P.

Eligible Degree & Branches : MBA & B.E / B.Tech, MCA (All Branches)

Job Skills And Responsibilities

• Consults with hiring managers to understand the roles to be filled and the profiles of ideal candidates.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting : interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profiles before marketing.
• Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
• Creating a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Hiring manager contacts.
• Managing the complete cycle of Bench Marketing.
• Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our marketing capabilities.
