BFSI Trainer (Immediate Start)

We are looking for a skilled Finance & Accounts Trainer to deliver practical and theory-based sessions on accounting, finance, and taxation. The trainer will prepare learners for industry-ready roles through interactive teaching, case studies, and hands-on software training.

Role & responsibilities :

Conduct training on Accounting, Taxation, Financial Management, and Reporting.

Teach tools like Tally ERP / Prime, MS Excel, and QuickBooks.

Deliver sessions on GST, TDS, Payroll, and Budgeting.

Develop and update training materials, assessments, and case studies.

Evaluate learners through tests and practical assignments.

Provide feedback, mentoring, and career guidance to students.

Stay updated with latest finance tools and accounting standards.

Preferred candidate profile :

Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Taxation concepts.

Proficiency in Tally / MS Excel / Accounting Software.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.

Qualification & Experience :

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / CMA or equivalent.

25 years of experience in accounting or training.

Certification in Tally / Excel / GST preferred.

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday - 3 Hours / Day

3 Months contractual role.
