We are seeking an experienced Oracle WAM-WACS Solution Architect / Functional Lead with 7-12 years of expertise in Oracle Utilities applications.
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementation projects, partner with utility clients, and design tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with Oracle ERP Cloud and supporting technologies.
This role requires deep functional knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and strong client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver comprehensive Oracle WAM / WACS solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Asset Performance Management (APM), Asset Investment Planning (AIP), and Materials Management.
- Ensure solutions align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Lead end-to-end Oracle WAM / WACS implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Drive workshops, client discussions, and demonstrations to capture requirements and validate solutions.
- Manage project delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with utility clients to analyze business requirements and provide tailored Oracle solutions.
- Conduct training sessions, knowledge transfer, and user adoption programs to ensure successful implementations.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients on Oracle Utilities solutions and business process optimization.
- Integrate WAM / WACS with Oracle Field Service (OFS) and other Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
- Recommend and design automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and performance improvements across Oracle Utilities platforms.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) standards.
- Document functional specifications, workflows, and configuration guidelines.
- Provide thought leadership in adopting innovative business processes and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
