JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

The person would be responsible for a variety of tasks including some or all of the following. The person would report to Manager in Financial Shared Services (FSS) and take direction from a Risk Manager in Global office. This is a global role so the candidate would be supporting the Americas, APAC and Europe regions

• Assist in planning and execution of Information Technology General Controls (ITGC) testing : Collection of evidence for control testing, review of evidence, follow-up with the service owners or AZ Tech on missing evidence.
• Perform the annual ITGC control testing in coordination with AzTechRM / ISO and AZ P ISO teams.
• Review & documents control testing results and agree on the mitigation plans for control deficiencies with AZ Tech and Service Owners, preparation of control test result report to be used for regional and global Risk Committees (RiCos), upload of test results into ORGS (if applicable).
• Follow up with AZ Tech and service owners on the execution of mitigation actions.
• Communicates transparently with all ITGC stakeholders and keep them informed of potential issues and escalates any problems and delays.
