Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead and manage transfer pricing compliance and documentation for a portfolio of UAE-based entities in line with UAE Corporate Tax Law.

The role focuses on technical review, preparation of reports, routine advisory on compliance matters, and handling queries from finance teams.

The AVP will ensure accurate documentation, benchmarking, and timely delivery of transfer pricing outputs, while mentoring the team.

Key Pricing Compliance & Technical Review :

• Oversee monthly and quarterly related party transaction reports / control sheets for UAE operations.
• Review and ensure accurate transfer pricing documentation in accordance with UAE Corporate Tax Law and OECD guidelines.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses using global databases to support TP documentation.
• Analyze financial statements for transfer pricing implications and ensure proper reporting under UAE CT requirements.
• Interpret and implement UAE Corporate Tax Law and country-specific TP compliance rules.
