About the Role
Join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR & Finance – Senior Implementation Consultant and play a lead role in driving digital transformation across enterprise HR and Finance functions. This is a high-visibility, client-facing position where you will own the full implementation lifecycle—from requirements and solution design to configuration, integrations, UAT, and go-live.
You will work directly with HR, Finance, and C-level leaders to deliver scalable D365 solutions that enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities
- Lead full end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 HR & Finance Modules.
- Conduct workshops and gather detailed business requirements.
- Analyze processes and design optimal D365 solutions.
- Configure HR modules : Leave, Attendance, Payroll integration, ESS, Performance.
- Configure Finance modules : GL, AP / AR, Budgeting, Procurement, Fixed Assets.
- Build workflows, automation, and business rules.
- Manage integrations with Payroll, Attendance devices, ERP, APIs, and BI tools.
- Handle data migration and oversee UAT cycles.
- Provide high-quality training and documentation in excellent English.
- Support go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization.
Mandatory Requirements
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications : MB-310, MB-300, MB-920, MB-700 (preferred).Qualifications
5–12 years of D365 implementation experience.Completed 2–3 full HR + Finance implementations.Strong HR & Finance domain knowledge.Expertise in Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI.Experience with integrations, APIs, DMF, Data Entities, security roles.Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English.Exceptional presentation and communication skills.Strong workshop facilitation capability.Ability to engage with HR, Finance, and C-level management.High-quality documentation and reporting skills.Preferred Skills
Enterprise or government-level implementation experience.Experience in cross-functional collaboration with global teams.Strong understanding of payroll, attendance, financial cycles, and auditing.Prior consulting or vendor-side experience is a plus.
