Job Title : Art Director

Location : Worli, Mumbai, India

Experience : 1 to 4 years of art experience for integrated ad agencies / mainstream media / new media / marketing / advertising / branding / digital marketing agencies & similar roles with mainline or digital agencies. ( Experience in designing from other industries will not be considered for this position )

Role Purpose

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Art Director with hands-on experience in digital and social media design . The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to translate brand ideas into compelling digital experiences.

Key Accountabilities

• Conceptualize and design digital campaigns across social media, display, video, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and strategists to create visually engaging brand stories.
• Develop and maintain visual consistency across campaigns and client touchpoints.
• Work on design adaptations and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Stay updated with digital design trends, emerging formats, and creative innovations.
• Present creative ideas and design mockups to internal teams and clients when required.
• Work on diverse brands, with a preference for experience in automotive brands (not mandatory).

Professional Skills :

Experience : 1–3 years of experience as an Art Director or Visual Designer in a digital or creative agency .

Education : Graduate from a reputed art school .

Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging campaigns.

Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Deep understanding of digital-first creatives, social media, and emerging design trends.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.

Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first campaigns and social media creatives.

Ability to think conceptually and deliver ideas that align with brand tone and objectives.

Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
