Your Role

• Architect and operationalize AgenticAI frameworks aligned with CEC and OM transformation goals.
• Define modular, scalable, and secure architectures for deploying autonomous agents across CX and operations workflows.
• Collaborate with blueprint owners, product teams, and engineering to ensure seamless integration of agentic systems.
• AgenticAI Design & Deployment
• Lead the design of multi-agent systems, including task orchestration, role assignment, and agent collaboration models.
• Implement agentic patterns using platforms like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestration layers.
• Ensure agent safety, explainability, and compliance with enterprise AI governance standards.
• Marketing Operations
• Own the end-to-end marketing operations strategy, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
