Job Title : HR Manager - Staffing

Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager with strong staffing and recruitment expertise to manage end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations. The role involves collaborating with business leaders to fulfill staffing requirements, implementing HR processes, and ensuring employee engagement and compliance at the workplace.
Key & Recruitment :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for niche and bulk hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver timely staffing solutions.
- Manage vendor coordination and recruitment agencies when required.
HR Operations :
Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, exits, and documentation.Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records in coordination with the finance team.Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.Employee Engagement & Development :
Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.Conduct periodic training needs analysis and coordinate L&D programs.Act as a point of contact for grievance handling and conflict & Reporting :Assist in performance management processes (goal setting, appraisals, feedback cycles).Maintain HR dashboards and provide regular staffing & attrition reports to management.Drive HR analytics for better 3 to 5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Proven ability to manage bulk hiring and niche talent acquisition.Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS / ATS tools preferred.MBA / PGDM in HR or related specialization.(ref : iimjobs.com)
