Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and be responsible for generating outbound leads, driving sales and revenue through online channels.
This role requires familiarity with strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO / SEM, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MarTech tools)
Primary Focus : Outbound Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Focus on proactively reaching out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Target cold leads, research accounts, and set meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Outbound Prospecting :
Identify and target potential customers through calls, emails, , and events.Cold outreach to decision-makers in target accounts.2. Account Research and Mapping :
Conduct in-depth research to identify key stakeholders in target organizations.Understand industry trends and pain points of prospective clients.3. Lead Qualification :
Qualify outbound leads based on fit, need, budget, and decision-making process (BANT or MEDDIC frameworks).4. Engaging with Enterprise Accounts :
Work on strategic, large accounts to create opportunities for Account Executives.5. Scheduling Meetings :
Set up qualified sales meetings or product demos for Account Executives (AEs).6. Follow-Up and Nurturing :
Follow up on outbound campaigns and nurture relationships until leads are sales-ready.7. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales :
Work closely with marketing to leverage campaigns and materials for outreach.Align with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of leads.Qualifications :
