Corporate Strategy Lead

Role Overview

This role is an individual contributor role and supports the MD & CEO’s office in driving strategic priorities and business transformation across the organization. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in shaping corporate strategy through market intelligence, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. The position demands strong analytical capabilities and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Support the MD & CEO’s Office in formulating and executing strategic priorities and business initiatives.

Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.

Prepare business presentations, board notes, and executive updates for senior management.

Track performance metrics, analyze financial and operational data, and assist in business reviews.

Partner with various business units (Investment Banking, Institutional Equities, Research, etc.) to monitor progress on revenue.

Drive cross-functional projects and support implementation of process improvement or transformation initiatives.

Qualification

• MBA in Finance (preferred batch 2022, 2023, 2024);

previous experience in CEO's office role will be preferred
