This is a role within the Financial Services Practice of Michael Page. Enclosed below are the key roles and responsibilities :
- Identify and develop client / business relationships in a competitive environment
- Drive new business development via lead chases, candidate references, industry events
- Create new revenue streams with existing clients by cross selling / up selling capabilities of different Page Group brands and functions
- Continually seek to build expertise and specialisation in the chosen market
- Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice / market opportunities
- Independently driving mid-senior leadership hiring for your clients
- Build a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer
- Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for professionals from end to end recruitment background from consulting or B2B Sales, Key Account Management and Customer Success / Banking background. Looking at candidates from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 B School with at least 4 years of post-MBA experience. Also open to professionals from a consulting setup with 4-8 years of experience who have experience in managing difficult stakeholders.
