Central Revenue Manager To handle all room reservations over digital media (Telephonic, WhatsApp etc.) To understand and pass on the Company’s accommodation policy on reservations and cancellations - To attend reservation enquiry calls and analyze market status to suggest necessary changes - To lead the team of Central Reservation Executives and monitor their performance - To handle external systems like channel manager, web booking engines, rate comparison tools, online travel agents’ extranets etc - To perform competitive analysis for each location and suggest modifications in our listings - To co-ordinate with the channel manager, software vendors for any availability, rate or booking Central Operations - Conduct regular meetings with the property managers as a part of quality check - Monitor and maintain inventory management process and the execution of the same - Implement the Company policies at the ground level to create a conducive work environment - To create daily MIS reports and submit them to the reporting manager A bachelor's degree in hospitality management - Operational management experience - Fluency in computer operations, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)- Tele-calling, tele sales experience - Basic accounting & billing knowledge
